Iron Workers stand atop LA in 1,100-foot viral photo of spire installation

A group of iron workers celebrating the completion of a spire installation at Los Angeles’s newest high rise has gone viral as people across the country shared a photo of the men standing at the spire’s tip top.

On September 3, crews completed installation of a 294-foot, 9-inch spire atop the Wilshire Grand. The spire gives the 73-story tower a height of 1,099 feet, making it the tallest building west of the Mississippi.

Ram Raises Capacities for 2017 Chassis Cab Trucks

2017 Dodge Ram Chassis GVWR Capacity IncreaseRam has increased the towing capacities and gross combination weight rating (GCWR) for its 3500, 4500, and 5500 chassis cab trucks for the 2017 model year, Ram has announced.

The tow capacities and GCWR increase 1,000 pounds each. Ram will also offer an optional LED tail lamp and standard five-micron cabin air filter.
